Michael has been foraging Yukon forests for 20 years. Wild foods are a passion of ours and we aim to share our love for the bounty of the forest. We strive to find strange and delicious fungus for your guests and your table. We make a point of only collecting wild varieties of mushrooms, those that have resisted farming but offer distinct flavour and textures not found in the grocery store varieties.
